    OUR TREE PLANTING MISSION:

    Our aim is to be as eco-friendly as possible by using recyclable, biodegradable packaging, sustainable, ingredients including responsibly sourced soy wax and fragrances.

    At present it is unavoidable for us to have completely zero involvement with plastic. So when we use any plastic packaging, we ensure it is recyclable or reusable.
    Any plastic received from our supplier deliveries is also recycled.

    In April 2022 we decided to do more to help our planet by partnering with Ecologi to become more climate positive & to help them in their initiative to reverse climate change.

    The way this works is very simple and impactive!
    By placing an order through our online shop, a percentage of the order value will be sent to Ecologi to pay for a real tree to be planted.

    It will also show the positive affects this has on the climate.

Instructions & Safety information

Candle Safety & information

Our beautiful soy candles & wax melts are hand poured in small batches in Hertfordshire. As they are handmade, each one is unique and appearance may differ slightly from image shown.

All our products are CLP compliant.

 

Burn your candle for at least 2 hours on the first use and allow the wax to melt to the edge of the container.

Trim the candle wick to 5mm before every burn.

Always keep the candle out of reach from children and pets.

Do not burn your candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

Always burn your candles well away from drafts, other heat sources and anything flammable. NEVER leave your burning candle unattended.

When you have 1/2” of wax left, it’s time to say goodbye to your candle! This will prevent possible heat damage to the counter/surface and candle container.

To REUSE your container, simply soak up any residual wax using a cotton pad, and wipe clean.

Always follow the safety advice on the safety label and information card sent with your candle.

Wax melt instructions & Safety information

Please remove your wax melt from all packaging and snap desired amount for your burner or wax melter.

Place wax in the well of your burner and use an unscented tea light to melt the wax.

keep out of the reach of children and pets. 

Keep out of droughts.

Never move when lit and in use.

Never leave it unattended when in use.

Reed diffusers instructions & safety information

Remove from outer packaging and remove the travel bung from the diffuser jar. Replace the screw cap. 

Add your reeds and turn every few hours for the first use. Then daily to obtain a continuous scent throw.

People with perfume sensitivity should be cautious when handling and wear suitable gloves if necessary.

Please place onto a coaster. Do not place directly onto polished, painted, plastic or leather surfaces. Keep away from electrical equipment as accidental spillage may stain or damage certain materials.

Keep out of reach of children & pets.

🌿 Pure Therapeutic Essential oils or     Premium fragrance oils 

🌿 biodegradable glitter (when used)

🌿 flowers & foliage which we dry ourselves and are sourced locally

🌿 crystals/ gem stones that are from ethical providers and packed with good intentions to adorn your senses✨

Why soy wax?

Unlike paraffin candles, soy wax burns cleaner & slower and contains 

🌿No toxins, pollutants or carcinogens  (and It’s dermatologically tested)

🌿 Non GM sourced

🐾 Never tested on animals

🌿 Vegan friendly


Diffusers:

Here at Moon Sparkles & Wood we use Premium fragrance or Essential oils to build the perfect scent for you. 

We only ever use Auego Crystal diffuser base which is Vegan, bio-based and derived from 100% vegetable sources that are sustainable and renewable.

The Augeo Crystal base has:

No oral or inhalation toxicity- not harmful to humans, animals or the environment. 

It is also registered by the Vegan Society, making it the perfect ingredient for all our diffusers.
