Reiki Sound bath -45 mins – £40

A deeply calming fusion of Reiki energy and sound therapy using Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and Koshi chimes. This treatment helps soothe the nervous system, release energetic blockages, and promote a profound sense of peace and balance.

 

Reiki Massage – 45 mins – £45

A beautiful fusion of soothing massage and Reiki energy. Light touch techniques ease muscular tension in the back, neck, and shoulders while energy work calms the nervous system and restores balance.

Specialist Oncology Massage

A gentle, nurturing massage tailored specifically for those living with or recovering from cancer. Techniques are adapted to suit your needs, whether you’re in active treatment, remission, or palliative care. This therapy focuses on comfort, relaxation, and emotional support.

I hold a postgraduate diploma in oncology massage (Jennifer Young lineage), and I’ve also completed the Jennifer Young Level 1 Cancer Awareness Course, ensuring safe, supportive care every step of the way.


Pregnancy Massage – 45 mins – £40

A nurturing full-body massage to ease tension in the back, hips, legs, and feet. Performed while you lie on your side, fully supported. Suitable from week 13 of pregnancy onwards.


Indian Head Massage – 45 mins £30

This deeply calming treatment targets the head, neck, and shoulders to reduce stress, release tension, improve circulation, and promote mental clarity. Perfect for busy minds and tired bodies.


Reflexology – 30 mins – £28

Auricular therapy - Ear Candling & Facial Drainage Massage – 30 mins – £30

A calming session using natural ear candles to help draw out impurities and relieve sinus congestion. Paired with a gentle facial drainage massage to boost lymphatic flow and enhance clarity and relaxation.
